How long will it take for my Medal Hanger(s) to be delivered?
Your medal hanger will be sent 2nd class Royal Mail and you should expect delivery within 5 working days. If you are living outside of the UK your order could take 7-14 days to be delivered.
Meant to order sooner, only first class will do?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know when you need the order by. We can upgrade your order to first class at no extra cost* (*UK orders only). Royal Mail first class delivery times apply but are usually the next working day, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
We can arrange a paid for express delivery service for UK parcels using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This costs £7.25 for next day delivery (Monday to Thursday) and £11.70 (for orders up to 500g) for delivery on a Saturday. Telephone 07716 097927 to discuss your requirements.

How much will it cost for my Medal Hanger to be delivered?
For up to 4 medal hangers, postage cost within the UK or the Channel Islands is £3.50.
Please contact us by telephone or email if you wish to purchase more than 4 medal hangers.
Orders of three or more medal hangers will often be sent as a signed for item, for your security and ours.
Postage costs outside the UK
Our checkout system is currently operating on a flat rate charge of £6.
For delivery of multiple purchases outside the UK, please email us.

I do not have a postcode/ zip code, can I place an order?
Yes you can. This should automatically be offered to you since our most recent updates. However, if you are getting stuck here and you live, for example in the Republic of Ireland, enter ROI 1 into the box to bypass the problem. Then proceed with your order.
I keep getting an error message when I place an order but I have filled in all my details correctly, why doesn’t my order work?
If the error message continues to occur, contact us and we will proceed with your order by telephone.
I have been having trouble ordering, what should I do?
Please contact us by email: email@example.com, we will always reply to your emails as swiftly as possible and we can discuss taking an order over the telephone and ascertain exactly what error messages you are receiving. You can always call the office number but with email you have a record of your order and the solutions we provide. Please note, we will never ask for your bank details via email and we recommend that you do not provide any payment details until we speak on the telephone. In addition, avoid multiple efforts to process your payment in case you are charged twice for the same product, this is fully refundable but causes unnecessary inconvenience to you in the immediate term.
I’ve ordered but not had an order notification, why not?
Quite often your email server thinks an info@ address is spam and automatically allocates our emails to your spam mailbox. We recommend you check your spam folder for any details. An order completed notification means your order has been sent to you.
How do I remove unwanted items from my basket?
The grey ‘X’ next to your product sometimes requires a double click, especially if you are ordering from an iPad or other table device.
How many medals can I hang?
This will depend on the size of the medals you are hanging, we have a range of sizes we use for display and have found that the larger hangers comfortably hold 20 and there is room for more. It is usually the width of the ribbon that determines how many can be hung rather than the weight of the medals. Once the hanger is attached to the wall the weight of the medals should not be an issue unless you have used your own fixtures instead of those supplied with your product.

If you require more space but do not want to spend out on a new hanger, have a look at our single bars. They come in two lengths and can be attached to the wall just beneath your existing hanger to give you more hanging space; they cost less than the price of a new hanger.
Can I order personalized designs?
Yes absolutely! We offer a range of designs that can be engraved with a personalised message. Remember, the longer the message, the smaller the text. Be creative but keep your message punchy. These medal hangers make the perfect birthday gift and are unique Mother’s Day and Father’s Day presents for the sporty person in your family.
How do I assemble my medal hanger?
All our hangers are supplied with wall plugs, spacers and screws. All you have to do is drill the correct size hole (careful of electric wires hiding behind the plaster), slot the spacer between the hanger and the wall, fit the screws through the hanger holes, and tighten. Find your most prized and best coloured medals and hang in any order you like. Then send us a photo for the website.
How do I redeem gift vouchers?
This must be done before you proceed to checkout. Once you have chosen the product/ products you would like to buy, go to your shopping basket. Here it shows you the product, the quantity and the amount total. Underneath Product is a small rectangular box with the description Apply Coupon, type in your unique coupon code here (use the correct upper and lower case and all dashes but NO spaces), then click Update Cart. A new amount total for your cart will be calculated and then you click Proceed to Checkout to enter your details and pay for your product if your voucher does not cover the full amount/ postage & packaging.
Can I use my gift voucher more than once?
Yes. Your gift voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, please note this may not be the date you received it, and can be used more than once IF it exceeds the cost of the hanger you have chosen. So, for example, if you were given a £30 voucher and you purchased a hanger at £20.99, once you had paid postage & packaging you would have £5.50 remaining on your voucher. If you have a gift voucher code from a magazine, these are set to be used once under your account so cannot be used multiple times unless you make multiple accounts.
What are the terms and conditions of my gift voucher?
Our terms and conditions are listed on the Product Description page for each voucher. Please read these carefully before purchasing one. Expired/ unused portions of vouchers are non-refundable, as are lost vouchers. Please look after your vouchers carefully, we recommend saving them electronically. Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
How will I receive my voucher?
We send vouchers electronically to the email address of the purchaser. These can then be printed and put inside birthday/ Christmas or gift cards. If you would prefer to receive the voucher in the post, or for us to send the voucher to the recipient, please add these instructions to your purchase at Checkout. We will not charge postage for this service.
Can I personalise my gift voucher?
Yes you can. Add this instruction to us either as you checkout or send us a follow up email. Your name, your recipient’s name and a short message will be typed onto the gift voucher before it is despatched to you. Please check all spellings carefully.
My Coupon isn’t working, why not?
Coupon codes found in magazines have an expiry date, make sure you check yours carefully. Most coupon codes have the same restrictions, which will be:
- Single use by a user
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or coupon
- There may be product restrictions, where this is the case it will be listed with the offer. Usually coupons in magazines include all our products
I don’t like the product I’ve purchased, can I exchange it/ have it refunded?
All refunds are due within 60 days of the date of purchase, please note, this may not be the date you received it if it was a gift. Contact us via email, your product will then need to be returned to us in its original condition and your original payment will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of items that have clearly been damaged or have been used. Items that have been attached to the wall are non-refundable. Exchanges can also be made within 60 days for a product of your choice that is of the same price as the item you originally purchased.
